Downtown: Flames of Revolution mission

 2 new mission types are introduced in the Downtown when the player has to rebuild Downtown buildings:

-Daily missions
*If the player completes a daily mission, they can repeat this mission again after 24 hours counting from the time when the daily mission was completed
*Daily missions reward the player with Building Materials
*Daily missions keep on repeating until the Downtown building related to them is finished

-Repeatable missions
*If the player completes a repeatable mission, they can start playing the mission again immediately
*Repeatable missions reward the player with Planning Permissions
*Repeatable missions keep on repeating until the Downtown building related to them is finished

The first image is about Repeteable missions, the second one with the number 1 is about the Daily missions.
