When fighting against the Hillbilly Zombies the damage of the weapon doesn't matter but instead the weapon. Use the Flare Gun (cost: 10000 coins, need at least 5 neighbours to buy). This should kill the zombie with 1 ammo-cuz its holding a moonshine bottle, which is flammable and therefore it would explode lol :)
